Personal Biography
Dr. Bianchi is a native Californian and a resident of the city of Los Angeles. He is married and has one daughter. His wife's name is Adeara and daughter's name is Johnna. Adeara is a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Johnna is 3 years old.
Dr. Bianchi was born in San Francisco. He attended Catholic grade school and high school in the city. He attended the CCSF Radiologic Technology program. Upon Entering into the work force Dr. B diversified his Radiological experience as much as possible. Multiple clinic and hospital settings provided him with a wealth of experience and exposure in the medical field. His original intention was to pursue a career in hospital administration or possibly to become a medical doctor. Unfortunately his chosen career path was not what he had envisioned.
Coinciding with Dr. Bianchi's re-evaluation of his professional goals was the opportunity to coach high school football. A shift to part-time Radiology status and full-time coaching was implemented. Coaching high school athletics and being in the medical field gave him a unique perspective. Coupled with this was a solid knowledge in the field of Olympic style weight lifting. One of Dr. Bianchi's hobbies was Olympic Weight Lifting. He was coached and mentored by past U.S. Olympic Weight Lifting Team coach, Jim Schmitz. Dr. Bianchi began a search to find a career where he could combine his interests, skills and knowledge into a meaningful and useful profession. This search brought him to Chiropractic, the antithesis of his medical world. What he found was a wonderful system of wellness care that agreed with his views of health care and life style.
Dr. Bianchi returned to college to complete his prerequisite courses in the advanced sciences. It was at this time that he met Dr. Trish Connelly of San Francisco. Dr. Connelly took the fledgling student under her wing and explained the world of Chiropractic. She was instrumental in his decision to attend Life University in Atlanta, Georgia as it was her Alma Mater. There were other reasons for Dr. Bianchi to move across the country and attend Life University. First, Life University was the nation's largest and one of the best Chiropractic Colleges in 1994. The city of Atlanta was the host for the Olympic Games in the summer of 1996. And Life U. also had one of the nation's best men's Rugby teams, of which he wanted to be part of as a player. One thing Dr. Bianchi did not anticipate was meeting his future wife in Atlanta. They met while working together at St. Joseph's Hospital. A close friend of Dr. Connelly was Dr. Dewane Frase of Tucker, Georgia. She passed the torch to Dr. Frase to continue the mentoring process and it culminated with an offer of internship at his clinic status post graduation. Dr. Bianchi returned to California to complete his boards after six months. As his boards neared completion Dr. Frase contacted Dr. Gene Orlowsky in Southern California to inform him of his friend's availability. Dr. Bianchi started at the GEO Clinic in 2000 and began working for Dr. Orlowsky as an associate doctor.
2005 saw the realization of a long time dream of Dr. Bianchi's, to have his own Chiropractic clinic. It is called Bones, A Family Chiropractic Wellness Center and is located in the city of Pasadena at 300 South Raymond Ave. ste. 19. Currently He now belongs to many civic organizations, such as Kiwanis, the Oneonta Club of South Pasadena, the Pasadena Games Organizing Committee, and the Pasadena Quarterbacks Club. Dr. Bianchi's practice is flourishing and growing. He is now available for speaking engagements. He looks forward to addressing as many people and organizations as possible about the benefits of Chiropractic care and Holistic Health and Wellness. Please contact him at his office and the team will be happy to book your next event. He can be reached at (626)795-3456.
